You are absolutely right! This front right fender shows that this car should be an EARLY Audi 100 c1 model, HEAVILY modified for the "SPY" Photos War... It seems that they taped on this car the headlights+indicators from a "modern" -back at that time- Audi 100 typ43 model.
The strange thing is that usually they MAKE UP the FUTURE MODELS PROTOTYP CARS and NOT the OLD and PRODUCTION ENDED cars...
Anyone who knows more on this story is more than welcomed!!!

My opinion is that they MAKE UP the early C1 to distract the "SPY" camera focus from the Quattro prototyp...
Would love some other pictures of that OLD (also at that time) car!
